Invite to a PLC Network Webinar on Saturday, 14th November

13 Nov 2020

Invite from the PLC Network:

Thank you to all those who have been attending our PLC Network events and webinars over recent months.
Our next Webinar will take place on Saturday, 14th November from 11am to 12noon.  The event is free and open to all but pre-registration is essential.

This event will include an interview with mother and daughter duo Liz and Heidi Crowter who are well known for their commitment to human rights for unborn babies with disability, including Down Syndrome.
You can register for the Webinar here.

Heidi, who has Down Syndrome. alongside Cheryl Bilsborrow,  a mother of a two year old son with Down Syndrome,  has launched a landmark case against the British Government over the abortion laws which permit abortion up until birth where an unborn baby has been diagnosed with a disability , including Down Syndrome.  You can donate to the crowdfunding page to support this legal action here.

Heidi, alongside her mum Liz, has been active in highlighting the discrimination against pre-born babies with Down Syndrome for a number of years and we are delighted that they are both in a position to join us for this event.

The event will also include a panel discussion with grassroots activists and a Q&A facility throughout the event will ensure participant engagement and attendees will be updated on pro-life activities and initiatives that they can get involved in locally.

About the PLC Network

The PLC Network has been established in response to the views of pro-life volunteers all over the country and we hope that it will encourage and empower pro-life volunteerism in the coming months and years.
We saw how the pro-life networks worked so efficiently before the election to engage and canvass and encourage voters to support pro-life candidates.  The PLC Network will build on this success by encouraging educational engagement in every county in Ireland.
